Sounds like a very interested presentation that I would love to see - but as usual in New Zealand we have very little opportunity to see these sorts of things.
I have looked, but am unable to find. Is there a video recording of this anywhere?

I appreciate your perspective. How may cite your salient themes to my presentation?

Also I am working on a restructure of nursing competence and incentive tools, based on Benner's work. I am interested in advancing that work into a more integrated model using neural network paradigms, etc. I recognize the value of your themes and have no read your tests. I am concerned with bringing the participants to a common language and frame of reference.
